The boats are right in the city centre, prime location, with a nice roof terrace overlooking harbour, marina and waterfront. Rooms are cabin-like small, very cosy altogether, with breakfast and an associated terrace
We did not think of the fact, that we were permanently on water - and moving gently with the waves, luckily no one got see-sick

Relaxing quiet and unique place to stay right by the marina.
Loved being able to cook our own food, have coffee and enjoy the surroundings in peace and quiet

friendly and helpfull staff, easy check in and checkout, central location, homeboat stlye is in general nice, parking for the car just close by and the town with restaurants etc as well, just around the corner is as well the swimming pool of the town- easy and fast jump into the sea included.
indicated squaremeters of the homeboat at booking com not correct saying that the homeboat is having 48 m². In reality there are 15 m² (2,9+3,3m Länge mit einer Breite von 2,3 m- see pictures). The reaction of the management to this question was, that they include the sundeck, but that would end up at maximum 30 m². Finally we would never have booked the homeboat knowing the real size of the boat with bathroom, sleeping room, kitchen etc having only 15 m². You need to sit on the toilet in order to wash your hands or brush your teeth. And it is a IKEA showroom. Overall the price was with 300€/night much too high. On top: poor breackfast presented in a basket (two slices of (cheap) cheese, cheap ham, little milk (more on repeated request), two yoghurt, a sugarrich müsli and two eggs on request with two rolls for two person (and two muffin or similar+ a peac of fruit) - every day the same...). Last but not least: all people on the promenade can look into your small homeboat as long as the curtains are open
