Clean and comfortable room with great views of the canal. Great location.
Lacked dish washing items apart from some dish washing liquid (no washing cloth or tea towel). Annoying bright light right outside window on first night - notified staff next day and it was turned off at 10 pm.

The location was spectacular with the water views and black swans in the area. It was a short walk to the free ferry over to Raymond island to see kangaroos and koalas in the streets! There was off street parking and the check-in and check-out process was very easy. The beds were clean, warm, and comfortable. This place was great bang for buck and we'd stay here again. Thumbs up!

Room was huge and tastefully decorated. Obviously had a recent update and presented clean and fresh. Beautiful grassy area out of rear sliding doors, looking onto waterway.
