It’s a wonderful place to stay . We’ve stayed here 2x now to visit our child @ college. Lovely rooms , quiet, close to everything & very comfortable.

The room is very nice and unique in that this is a redo on an old house. They have a nice sitting room and front porch. Continental breakfast is self-serve. The best part is its location just a block away from downtown Potsdam, and near both Universities.
My only suggestions for improvement are an in-room mini-fridge, and more options for breakfast such as fruit.

the house is decorated so lovely, very clean, nice communal kitchen, good breakfast options. friendly staff. yard outside and parking lot. close to market street restaurants and hospital. everything i needed was there.
