Rob and Matt greeted us in the driveway before we had got out the car. Two very friendly gents with a clear joy for meeting new people and welcoming guests to the annex is a clear passion of theirs. The annex was immaculately clean, and very generously stocked with more than the bare essentials. The location is great, tucked away from the city center and hidden in the corner of a well presented driveway/front garden. The facilities inside were brilliant, comfy sofa, tv with a guest netflix account, microwave, oven, induction hob, the fridge and cupboards packed with goodies all included in the price. The beds were comfy and for the one night we stayed all in all ticked every single box. Would highly recommend and will be booking again next time!

We like the house very much. Bed was cosy and comfy. Full kitchen. Matt and Rob were very generous and provided a lot of snacks and drinks (plus milk). They both waited for our arrival to hand the house key to us. Parking space provided

Top notch accomodation, perfect location to visit our family, exceptional facilities and furnishings. And such a warm welcome from the hosts. The treats provided and breakfast items were hugely appreciated. Great off road parking too.
