Great place to relax and chill before heading to the region of Tushetie.
The amenities were perfect with the swimming pool, and the diners were super good and different each nights.
The host was really lovely and super helpful during our whole stay, and even after, he helped us booked taxi back from Tushetie to Alvani even if we were not guest anymore. Really helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The cottages are very comfortable and have everything you need for a relaxing stay. There is a shared kitchen where you can prepare your own meals, a laundry room, and a convenient area for drying clothes.
The pool has an incredible view over the vineyards, and the homemade breakfasts and wine were absolutely delicious. Everything around the property is spotlessly clean and very well maintained.
But what we loved most were the people who take care of this place. Both the cook and the owner are incredibly kind, welcoming and always happy to help with anything you need. Their warmth made our stay feel especially special.
We truly wish we had stayed longer and are already looking forward to coming back. A wonderful place that we would happily recommend!
Everything was perfect - nothing to complain about.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely fantastic accommodation!
Our host somehow seemed to **know everything we might need or wish for before we even had to ask**. We were treated to incredibly generous breakfasts and dinners, and it was clear that the entire family puts their **heart and soul into what they do** — from the food and cooking to the wine and hospitality.
The bathroom was so clean and well maintained that it felt **like arriving in Switzerland**. The pool was absolutely spotless, everything was in perfect working order, and even the smallest details were taken care of. The doors closed properly, the mattresses were just right — **neither too hard nor too soft** — and we had wonderfully soft towels, good water pressure, properly draining showers, and perfectly functioning, clean air conditioning with **no unpleasant musty smell** whatsoever.
This is simply **an outstanding place to stay**. In terms of value for money, it was **by far the best accommodation of our entire stay in Georgia**.
A thousand thanks to our wonderful host and the whole family! We felt incredibly welcome and had a fantastic time. We were a group of four motorcyclists, and we would **happily return here again**. ❤️🇬🇪🏍️
There really wasn’t a single thing I didn’t like — **I genuinely loved everything, absolutely everything.**
