Room was big, comfortable and bright. Shower was good and we liked having one in our room. We really enjoyed staying in that suburb as there was good access to Metro stations, supermarkets, a produce market, coffee shops and eateries. The hosts were happy for us to hang around the hostel and even take a shower before we left for an evening train which was appreciated.
It was a bad start as we arrived at night so we arranged an airport pick up with the hostel and even reconfirmed the transfer and then no one showed up. The staff ‘forgot’ to let us know the car broke down a few days earlier so we sat at the airport not knowing what was going on. Frustrating and they didn’t understand why it was a problem. Cleanliness was really poor for a few days then a cleaner seemed to arrive and it got much better.

Good staff, one in particular who helped out a lot with my trip to Nukus.
Good value and felt safe.
Very unclean rooms. Linen piled on the chair next to my bed, and in the vacant bed in the middle of the room. Bathrooms smelt as did showers. Probably wouldn't use the kitchen to cook due to overall lack of cleanliness.
No areas to sit and relax.
