We were looking for a place to stay for about 10 hours while waiting for our midnight flight. I think we found the place we will contact next visit to the Philippines! Great room with everything needed for a comfortable stay! Absolutely worth contacting for availability. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Short ride to the airport. I would recommend checking this area out!

The location is really good, walking distance from Terminal 3 and next to the food chains and shops. Our communication with the property owner was straightforward, good communication with her. She is very accommodating as even during the middle of the night she responded to our messages as we arrived midnight due to delayed flight same through with the receptionist, he is very welcoming and approachable.
The air conditioning unit was leaking overnight and it was in the middle of the room.
The bedding has a strange smell but bearable.

There is no breakfast included on my stayed but the location was great a lot of restaurant in the surrounding area.
Everything went well except the tv is not working in our last day maybe the remote control is low battery or the button worn out.

Good location right next to the Airport T3. Good fast food restaurants right next to the place.
The room description stated 1 Queen size bed, 1 regular bed but there was only one queen size bed in the room.
