Great location, town centre 10 min walk away, Co-Op and various takeaways 5 min. On a bus route through the town if you don't want to walk up the hills. Very comfortable beds & sofa and good range of equipment in the kitchen. Hosts were great - had to call them to sort out the Keys, which broke off in the lock! They answered straight away and came round to sort it out within 20 min. Can't ask for more than that at 8pm on a Sunday evening.
Some previous reviews say the drive and path are steep - I think this is more to do with being in hilly Torquay than this property specifically. Drive was a bit tricky to reverse out of but the spaces are wide and I didn't have any particular problem with a large saloon car.
