The location is great, close to a park, three supermarkets and a main shopping street. Also 10 minutes away from the train station, and close to a bus stop. The communication with the team was also quite easy.
The property was not properly clean. The dishes had dirty marks and pieces, I had to re-wash everything. The fridge had some crumbles, the kitchen cloths as well, and on the floor at the edges of the fridge it was really dirty. Also the property had a weird smell, I couldn’t point out exactly what was it.

Location was great, really close to a big supermarket and the High Street, Bed was comfortable, access was easy, as was the shower. will defo stay here again :)
Room was initially a little cold as Radiator times seemed odd, (help team sorted for me) and an instruction manual for cooker would have been useful.

Great location, city centre was a 5 minutes walk away..Tesco was a 10 minute walk away. Very quiet area a great nights sleep as well. Parking was easy as well.

Location is great. Easy walking distance to pubs, public transport and Wigan town centre. Size of bed sitter is okay for two people. Good location for trips into Manchester or Liverpool. The rep for the property was very helpful with several questions we had about how to use appliances and appreciative of some of our suggestions.
The property is quite 'tired'. An IKEA type makeover would make a huge improvement. Instructions for appliances weren't readily available. Bed was not comfortable.
