Kurztrip nach Zell/Mosel

Für einen Kurzurlaub war es perfekt. Eine schöne helle Wohnung mit Blick auf die Mosel. Was auch sehr gut war, der Aufzug in die 2. Etage. Die Lage im Zentrum passte auch. Uns hat es gefallen!

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, zentral und mit Moselblick.

Leider sind kaum noch kostenfreie Parkplätze in der Nähe, was aber nix mit der Wohnung zu tun hat.

teleurstellend, niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

De locatie is centraal en ideaal om Zell en de omgeving te verkennen. Wel vonden wij de parkeermogelijkheden beperkt. Daarnaast ligt de accommodatie direct tegenover de kerk. Hoewel dit een mooi en karakteristiek uitzicht geeft, waren de kerkklokken tussen ongeveer 06.30 uur en 23.00 uur duidelijk hoorbaar in het appartement. In combinatie met de gehorigheid van het gebouw droeg dit voor ons niet bij aan een rustige nachtrust.

Onze ervaring met dit verblijf Wij hebben helaas geen prettige ervaring gehad met dit appartement en zijn daarom twee dagen eerder naar huis vertrokken. 1. De host sprak geen Engels. Bij aankomst hebben we ongeveer 20 minuten moeten wachten op haar zoon, die de sleutel kwam brengen. Ook hij sprak geen Engels, waardoor de communicatie erg moeizaam verliep. 2. De foto's op de website kwamen niet overeen met het appartement dat wij toegewezen kregen. Op de foto's wordt de indruk gewekt van een appartement met uitzicht op de Moezel, terwijl ons appartement dat uitzicht niet had. Alleen het appartement van 55 m² beschikt over dit uitzicht. 3. Het appartement en het gebouw zijn extreem gehorig. Dit staat haaks op de vermelding "geluidsdichte kamer" in de advertentie. We konden gesprekken van de buren letterlijk verstaan en ook de leefgeluiden van de boven- en onderburen waren voortdurend hoorbaar. Hierdoor konden we nauwelijks ontspannen en hebben we uiteindelijk besloten onze vakantie twee dagen eerder af te breken en naar huis te gaan. 4. De bedden waren voor ons veel te zacht en boden onvoldoende ondersteuning, waardoor we meerdere nachten slecht hebben geslapen. 5. De bank was sterk doorgezakt en versleten en zat erg oncomfortabel. Daarnaast stonden er twee eenvoudige kunststof stoelen met dunne zitkussentjes, waardoor de woonkamer weinig comfortabel aanvoelde. 6. De wc en badkamer zijn voorzien van een vermaler. Deze maakt veel geluid en slaat zelfs aan bij het wegspoelen van een kleine hoeveelheid water. 7. De douchekop hing vrijwel tegen de douchewand aan, waardoor je tijdens het douchen nauwelijks bewegingsruimte had. Daarnaast roken meerdere handdoeken naar sigarettenrook. Tijdens ons verblijf hebben wij contact opgenomen met de verhuurder over de geluidsoverlast. Zij gaf aan dat het pand ongeveer 120 jaar oud is en vond het jammer dat wij geen prettig verblijf hadden gehad.
