On the positive side, the room was clean, neat, and well maintained. They also provided a sufficient number of cots and beds to comfortably accommodate our family, which we really appreciated.
However, the in-room amenities were quite minimal. Apart from drinking water and coffee, there wasn’t much provided in the room. Even basic items such as slippers and dental kits had to be requested by calling the reception. We had to call separately for different requirements, which was a little inconvenient. Normally, I would expect these basic amenities to be readily available in the room, especially for a hotel with this rating.
The swimming pool and gym were also quite small, and overall the facilities felt fairly basic compared with what I had expected based on the reviews and rating.

I always love the room
After complain abt room they give us the nice room.which was not a disabled room.
