Very clean and tidy. Conveniently located for work.
After travelling, I simply wanted to check in and rest. Unfortunately, the experience was made unnecessarily stressful by what felt like an overly zealous approach from the hotel staff.
The check-in team repeatedly requested identification for my colleague/driver, despite my explaining that they were only assisting me by dropping off my luggage and were not staying at the hotel. This was then followed by three calls to my room and security being sent to check, which felt excessive and intrusive.
I fully appreciate the need for hotel security and guest-safety procedures. However, these should be applied with reasonable judgement and discretion. Perhaps the hotel could review its procedures so that genuine security requirements are maintained without unnecessarily inconveniencing guests, particularly after a long journey.
Unfortunately, this was not a good start to the stay.

After complain abt room they give us the nice room.which was not a disabled room.
