Location excellent. Good storage space.
It was in need of various bits of maintenance and repairs . A bit of a musty smell which they tried to disguise with air fresheners

This place is excellent! Perfect location, close to the train station, to many nice restaurants and cafes, and also to a supermarket! It was fully equipped and very spacious for our group of four. Despite it's location, there was no noise at night. It was very easy to find and our host answered all our questions very fast and to the point. I highly recommend it for a stay in Venice.

Excellent area, very easy to find, and just a short walk from Piazzale Roma. The neighborhood is great, with plenty of places nearby to eat and have a drink. The apartment itself was very comfortable and spacious.
The AC unit in the entryway was not cooling down the air, only the fan function was working. Also, the portable AC unit was missing the hose/pipe to exhaust the hot air outside. Having only one small AC unit working wasn't enough for the heat and humidity we experienced, especially at bedtime.
Personally, I found the mattresses to be too soft and the pillows too hard and high, which wasn't a great combination for a good night's sleep. Lastly, it would be nice if they could add a shelf or holder in the shower to place the shampoo and soap
