Very friendly staff on reception. Great pool and sun loungers. The cocktails were excellent and reasonably priced. The food was also brilliant. There wasn’t really a reason to leave! Lots of space and in the middle of town within walking distance to everything.
Whilst the outside areas are lovely, the rooms are small and without windows. There is nowhere to dry anything in the room, so everything stays quite damp. The hotel has some entertainment, but it was all geared towards the Spanish and Portuguese speaking party people, rather than including everyone.

Absolutely loved this hotel! I would definitely return to both San Andrés and Dreamer Beach Club, and I’d even stay at their other locations.
Spratt Beach is just a one-minute walk from the hotel—perfect for quick dips or long strolls. The water was absolutely unreal—crystal-clear, calm, and so easy to swim in that you can just float effortlessly. I highly recommend catching both the sunrise and sunset—they are breathtaking.
The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options and is definitely worth including with your stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, and the hotel has plenty of great amenities. I felt safe, and the area is very walkable with restaurants, bars, convenience shops, a gas station, and boutiques nearby. The locals are friendly, and most people speak English. The airport is just an 8-minute walk away.
I stayed in a private room, but they have plenty of options depending on your needs. Whether you’re looking to meet people, work remotely, or travel with family, this is an amazing place to stay—great value all around.
The walls are thin, so it’s best to keep conversations quiet at night

📍Location: 10 /10! Just a few steps away from the beach and very close to the airport, you really won’t need a transfer.
🏨 Facilities: You can choose your type of stay: resort-like or hostel-like. The club features a great restaurant with nice food options, and they also have a well-maintained shared kitchen. The pool is fantastic, with a variety of sunbed options available (in the pool, by the pool, above the pool, in the shade, or out in the sun). The rooms have good air conditioning. They do have multiple different activities every single day: salsa classes, bbq, ping pong, etc)
🍽️ Food: I really enjoyed it! The restaurant offers a great selection, from proper hot meals to snacks (pizzas, pastas, burgers, etc.), and the cocktails at the bar are on point. Breakfast cost me $9 and was very good. While there aren't too many options, you have everything you want: fruits, veggies, sweet options (waffles, crepes, cereals), savory, and a choice of proteins. They also rotate certain breakfast options, so you get something new every day.
👥 Staff: I cannot praise them enough. They are amazing people, very helpful and kind, they speak multiple languages, remember your names, and are always willing to assist. They truly made our stay enjoyable. If you want to go on any excursions, just ask the reception, and they will help you out.
I’d definitely recommend this place. It’s very multicultural, and the whole stayed felt like a gathering of a huge group of friends.
I have ❌nothing negative to say, just a couple of reminders.
Please keep in mind that the weather is very humid, so you might struggle with drying your belongings (the property does provide dehumidifiers in the rooms, though). The staff was very helpful in replacing our towels each day.
Additionally, the property sometimes holds parties, and the music can be quite loud up until 2am. You might want to consider this if you are a light sleeper or if you’re traveling with kids.

The pool was nice and the area around the pool was cleaned very well daily. The pizza place you can order from was really good. Wifi was decent, and they have water (you have to pay) to refill your bottles to save on buying more plastic bottles.
The staff here are miserable and don’t seem to like English speaking people. I saw one of the staff actually roll her eyes. For the price of a private room, I would suggest going elsewhere to be treated better. My first four nights on the island I stayed at a different hotel and was treated like a friend, so the staff at Dreamer were a big let down. Soundproofing from hallway noise is bad, it’s like you are in the hallway with all the drunk people from the pool, when you are trying to sleep.
