Perfect for a night stay if you have a long layover in Zvartnots airport.
I arrived after 1am, transfer driver was waiting for me. When I checked in, I asked if it’s still possible to eat and had delicious khinkali and home made pomegranate wine very late at night - top hospitality. The lady who checked me in (sorry I didn’t ask for her name) was lovely and helped me with everything I needed. Separate thanks to Eric, the driver who picked me up and drove me back to the airport the next day :)
The only minus was that I didn’t have a window in my room, which I found very unusual, but personally I wasn’t bothered at all and it didn’t affect the quality of my sleep

The hotel is extremely close to the airport, which makes it very convenient for a short stay or an early/late flight. We also booked an airport transfer through the hotel, which was helpful. The mattress was very comfortable, and the room had everything needed for a short stay, including towels, toothbrushes and other basic amenities.
Unfortunately, the card terminal was not working during our stay, and we were only informed at check-in that payment had to be made in cash. We had euros with us, but the exchange rate used was not very clear. It would be much better to inform guests about cash-only payment in advance and make the exchange rate transparent.

It’s about 10-15 minutes by taxi from the airport. It was clean. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.
There was a problem with coffee machine, but it wasn’t a big problem for me because the stuff anyways made a coffee for me

Its location - close to the airport.
Attitude staff at check-in. Rude and initially denying our booking details (we booked a quadruppel room). It took some hours before our booking was acknowledged.
