Good size apartment, in a quiet residential pedestrian area just behind numerous good restaurants & shops in village square. It's a private apartment in a traditional building of 6 apartments, so not surrounded by other tourists, which was perfect for us.
It's very well equipped throughout & lots of additional thoughtful touches - toiletries, cleaning materials, lots of toilet rolls & towels, mosquito deterrent, plug adaptor for UK plus water, soft drinks, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, etc. Sweet little balcony with table chairs & clothes rack.
The charming owner is available online for help & advice.
A perfect base for exploring the whole island. We hired a car but most places are accessible by bus, or there are lots of private hire taxis or coach trips.
Nothing. As the first guests of the season, there were a couple of understandable minor issues. The owner was very prompt in responding.

Benitses nagyon kellemes és hangulatos falu, tökéletes választás arra, hogy innen indulva felfedezd a szigetet. A szállás egy modernen berendezett apartman, egész jól felszerelt. Erős légkondicionáló.
A szállás számomra csalódás volt, többre számítottam a sok pozitív komment miatt.
Problémák: Egy sikátorban van az éttermek mögött. Szellőztetni nem lehet, az utcán nagyon erős étel és macska húgy szag van.
Bent a levegő dohos, a csap alatti szekrényben olyan erős penész szag van, hogy nem tudtam kinyitni sem az allergiám miatt (pedig ott a kuka).
Sötét van bent, alig jön be természetes fény, házak falára nyílnak az ablakok.
Kulcs kártyával működik az elektromosság, így csak akkor van áram alatt a lakás ha ott vagy (mint egy hotel szobában), így nem tudod a klímát napközben bekapcsolva hagyni, hogy kellemes legelőre érj vissza, nem tudsz berakni egy mosást amíg este kimentek egy étterembe, és nem tudod tölteni a telefonodat amíg elmész a boltba stb. Ez nagyon kellemetlenül ért.
A szállásadóval nem találkoztunk, egy dobozból vettük ki a kulcsokat. Egyszer kértem tőle segítséget amíg ott voltunk, hogy adjon egy nagyobb serpenyőt mert csak egy nagyon kicsi volt a konyhában, de nem tudott segíteni, mert nem volt otthon...
