The views were great the property was not

Place was dirty, water was not as expected the room was unclean, no extra toilet paper the plastic chairs were bad the place smell like mold

Good only with kids

It's only nice if you go there with kids so they can play with those rusty structures installed in the garden. Thermal waters are in a dirty pond and the spa is merely a term to hook tourists. Birds are the only ones who really relax you.

Price too high for the service, no credit card accepted, absence of a real spa. I'm sure i could have found a better place.

Highly dissapointing

It seemed easy to book indicating no credit card needed nor prepayment, to pay at the facility.

I was contacted right after doing the booking asking for a prepayment which was not allowed to make with credit card via online, only ACH or yappy, therefore the conditions offered weren's consistent with the hotel approach. Additionally, the room was definetetly not worthy compared to its costs, we got a room assigned that had a broken window leaving the noise of the crowded place using the common areas and leaving air conditioner overworking. The remote control for the a/c was malfunctioning, we needed to even ask for soap as there was none in the room when we received the room. The pillows were pretty damaged and the bed clothing was pretty cheap as well as courtains not aligned at all with its cost. The noise from the rooms next to us was also an issue, even the door had some cracks leaving light and noise passing through.The reception was quite a self-service and not that customer focus oriented attitude, as when asked for the window replacement of room assigned, the girl couldn't even hide how unconfortable she was beacause of us complaining. It has been without a doubt the most dissapointing stay I have experienced in years! If looking for a place to rest in El Valle, please do not stay here. There are many other and best options for even lower value and best service.

Wonderful and relaxing!

The location was close to the market but far enough away from the street to be very quiet. The landscaping was very pretty.
