We booked the apartment less than an hour before arrival, and communication with the owner was very quick and easy.
The location is excellent, just across the road from a nice beach, with several cafés and a small shop nearby. The apartment itself is quite new and the building has a lift. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout our stay.
Both balcony doors have mosquito nets, which was very useful. After one week, we were provided with a fresh set of bed linen, which we really appreciated. The owners also provided new batteries for the TV remote. A/Cs are fine.
We did not use the parking, so cannot comment on it.
The entrance door scratches against the floor when opening and closing, which makes quite noise. The door lock also does not always work smoothly on the first attempt and sometimes requires a second try.
This is not directly related to the apartment, but the nearby cafés were disappointing. In our experience, the prices, food quality and level of service were all well below mediocre expectations, so we would recommend looking a little further away for places to eat.
