Amazing historic property in an excellent location. Close to walks and a pub across the road. Iain was a great host, provided lots of helpful advice on local walks. Wonderful cooked breakfast.
Facilities and rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade.

Spacious room with lovely garden and river view. The owner was friendly and very helpful. It's a great location with Rydal Water just a short walk and both Grasmere and Windermere nearby.
