Courteous, efficient staff at check-in, ease of checking in and out, staff was able to answer my question about local travel. The hotel location near the airport.
While I wouldn't say I didn't like the room, the furnishings were pretty plain. The time I spent in the room would have been more comfortable if the chair were better.

The rooms were simple, but comfortable
The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful
The lobby was stocked well with snacks and drinks
The shuttle was a convenient way to get to the airport
As there are no carpets in the rooms or hallways, the accommodations were quite noisy
The location was not as close to the airport as I had thought.
There were no good restaurants close by aside from shopping mall fast food locations

Location is excellent near airport, train and mall.

The rooms were clean and there were elevators. The staff at the front were very helpful and pleasant. The check out time was later which worked for us as our flight was delayed. Having a shuttle available to the airport was great.
The breakfast room was extremely loud. We went for breakfast towards the end of breakfast time so some of the food did not look appetizing. It would have been nice to have a free shuttle to and from the airport.
