La limpieza en la habitación no es tan buena abajo de las camas mucho polvo y animales muertos la taza del baño no la limpian bien el cancel del baño sucio

Hacia calor y el ventilador solo tenía una velocidad baja y no daba para mas.
Solicitamos una plancha, se le salió el agua no la retenía.

La ubicación
El piso de la habitación no estaba limpio. No había toallas, no había jabón. Estaba una botella con agua usada. El control de la TV no funcionaba. Pagué 100 pesos adicionales por el aire acondicionado. Es una lástima porque el hotel es de tradición en Celaya, pero le falta mantenimiento en las instalaciones.
