The property was in a great location to other family members that live in the area. Very roomy, nice house.
Here on booking when you look at the property and it’s rules there are not any(see attached photo). When you arrive at the house there is a book of rules(see attached photos). When I book a home I look at this stuff because I know we travel in a family and there will be others at the house visiting not spending the night. So the first night we had maybe 6 extra people at the house and the owners call and ask who all the people are and I explained it’s family over eating dinner. She said ok as long as they are not spending the night. Which they didn’t. The second night was fine. Then comes third night we had maybe 10 -14 people from down the street over eating dinner, I get a call stating I need to pay an extra 25 a person since we had more people at the house. Granted they are not staying the night. Was told there was traffic all day long in and out. Which was a lie we was at the river from 11-6. Then she stated that the neighbors where complaining about noise. Wrong there had not been loud noise at night because we respected quiet time(which did not know about until the day of arrival). We left the property clean just liked they asked. I treat peoples homes as if it was my own. I would never let anyone destroy or damage a property. If you are looking at booking this property make sure you are not going to have guest over period. I felt like I was being watched the whole time we was there. I have rented homes in canyon lake the last five years and have never had this experience( it’s the same number of family members that come visit)
