- Par "2 chambres en enfilade" : comprendre, l'accès à une chambre passe obligatoirement par l'autre chambre (impossible d'aller aux toilettes, sans risquer de réveiller le ou les occupants de l'autre chambre). je ne l'avais pas imaginé.
- Passoire thermique absolue (pas un mm d'isolation sur les murs extérieurs) résultat: même en fermant tous les volets toute la journée, 40° C dehors donnent 35 à 38 ° C à l'intérieur, et même si l'air extérieur se rafraichit le soir, la structure surchauffée relâche la chaleur toute la nuit, même en dormant toutes fenêtres et tous volets ouverts (fin juin réveil garanti par le jour avant 6 h du matin). Bon courage pour les occupants lors d'une canicule où lors d'un juillet ou août normal. Phénomène aggravée par le lave vaisselle efficace seulement sur le programme le plus chaud et qui, donc, réchauffe le logement à chaque utilisation.
- faux contact sur connexion téléviseur/antenne, il faut titiller la boîte de jonction à chaque allumage (+ quand ça décroche)!
- dossier de bienvenue (avec mode d'emploi de la connexion internet) bien caché sous les documents touristiques (j'ai trouvé ce dossier 2 jours après avoir fouillé la maison pour le trouver, j'avais déjà trouvé la box internet et ses codes).
- 3 attaques de toutes petites fourmis au sol de la cuisine (avec extension en salle de bain 1 fois) vers 23 ou 24 h00. des dizaines ou centaines de minuscules fourmis à éradiquer à l'aspirateur. Par plus de 30°, c'est un bon exercice pour une suée, alors que l'on est déjà en sueur) Pas réussi à trouver la fourmilière.
- Chemin d'accès extrêmement étroit, avec une berline ça passe bien, mais avec un 4x4 ou un gros SUV, j'ai un doute.
- Concierge qui appelle au téléphone le dimanche à 7h50, pour un sujet non urgent. Sympa quand on on a réussi à dormir 2 heures dans la nuit (voire plus haut).
