We absolutely loved everything about this villa. The window is unreal when fully open, it was like nothing we had ever experienced before. The loungers in the pool are great to just kick back and contemplate life. Overall this villa is so peaceful and tranquil, you can just disappear into the horizon and literally watch the sun set while the rice grows. We had the villa chefs cook an amazing dinner on our first night which was enough food for lunch the next day, shrimps and pasta and bbq, soups fruits and dessert, this is the life. Aircon in the rooms is ice cold, and the bathrooms are modern and showers have good pressure. Stunning artworks everywhere and beautiful lighting and a waterfall which you can control. Beds are so comfortable with nice big pillows, could just sleep all day. We had ice and fresh water provided by Supatra, our amazing villa host,who offers such a highly professional service, always available and extremely helpful, like bringing us our credit card we lost at the villa, to meet us at the Lewak Cofffee tasting, 30 minutes away. That is a service like no other, we love everything about Villa Santi, and will definitely stay here again when visiting Ubud. Well done Superhosts, this place rocks🙌
It takes about a day to sink into the quiet. No cars, just workers working quietly, ducks and the odd cricket. Most Grab Food deliverers found us ok, but recommend going to ARKA scooters in Ubud, nice new Honda Vario’s, absolute beasts🤙. Other negatives that might have warranted thinking through before booking; watching your teenage kids doing backflips underwater while your trying to enjoy your morning coffee at the kitchen table, sleeping for hours because there’s no noise to wake you up, hair going a little wild because you are literally swimming all day, and then having multiple moments of clarity and having to deal with the epiphany of understanding because it has been an eternity since the last time you could actually here yourself think. Actually, there was nothing to change, it was perfect🫶🏼

Tesis aslında çok temiz ve çok güzel ancak karşısında pirinç tarlası olduğu için evde çok fazla kertenkele var. Buna malesef bir çözüm bulunamıyor. Kertenkeleler saldırmaz deniyor ama insan ister istemez korkuyor. Eğer kertenkeleleri görmezden gelirseniz 10 üzerinden 10 bir tesis

Het personeel
De accommodatie heeft enorm achterstallig onderhoud. De lijst van de muur waar je het water in moet om naar de bedjes te gaan is eraf waardoor het scherp is. We moesten de eerste dag van ons verblijf naar een andere accommodatie. Ze gaven aan dat ze het glazen dak moesten vervangen doordat het gescheurd was, bij aankomst was die nog gescheurd en gaf het personeel aan dat de mensen die de ochtend waren vertrokken nog eten hadden laten liggen in de oven. Door de scheur lekte het dak in de keuken, hebben we 3 x regen gehad waar alles stoelen, eettafel en keuken nat was. De keuken is niet een keer schoongemaakt als je naar de vloer keek. Je kan alleen het zwembad normaal in via de slaapkamers maar dan moet je kopje onder om onder de loop paden naar de rest van het zwembad te gaan. Heel onlogisch. Als je in de kamer zit tegenover de keuken moet je altijd ver omlopen omdat er geen brugje zit naar de keuken, onlogisch. Bij aan komst deed het gas fornuis het niet, het warm water deed het niet en de oven deed het ook niet. Voor een luxe villa is er weinig luxe. Geen koffiezetapparaat wat wel op de site staat, alleen oploskoffie van nescafe. De mensen die in de villa’s verder op de straat zitten lopen voor je zwembad langs op een afstand van 1,5 meter. Ze kijken je hele huis is incl de slaapkamers dus altijd moeten de gordijnen dicht. Van privacy is absoluut geen sprake.
