Lovely Stay in Villas Mandju

It was a pleasure staying in Villas Mandju for 2 weeks. The Bungalow is perfectly located to easily explore the island with day trips but also to relax at the private pool. The Villa is well equipped and small concerns were immediately resolved by Sinthia. Thank you for this pleasant stay!

Poor

Pool

Villa mandju (passion) is in fact a bungalow at least the one we stayed in. The bungalow only had one main door and once opened it allowed mosquitoes and insects to come in. It also did not help that the Bangalow was in front of a small sugar cane field or something which attracted bugs. It got so bad for us, we were only able to stay for 3 days out of the 14 days that we booked. We kindly asked for a refund for the remaining 11 days but they refused to issue it. We basically wasted our time and money. We had to book a different hotel/villa to enjoy our honeymoon. The address and instructions were very misleading. The address given was that of a different hotel in the area, we kept driving in circles for 3 hours. We arrived at 3 pm but did not check in till after 6 pm. No one seemed to know where the actual villa was... We had to get help from the locals by using their phones and having them speak to the property manager... We finally met with the property manager who drove us to the correct address, which we would have never been able to find unless we were accompanied. The owners and managers had a nonchalant attitude. I would have never made a reservation if I had realized it was a bungalow The pictures are deceptive.
