The resort is located right on the beach and opposite a great cocktail bar which enjoys wonderful sunsets. You can also hire Kayaks a few metres away for 100 baht an hour.

The best location. Across a very quiet road from the beach. Watch stunning sunrises, eat lunch at Talaythong restaurant (they also supplied us with take-away on days I was working and wanted to eat lunch on my bungalow sundeck), So much wildlife just around the bungalows- great hornbills, myna birds, geckos, even a 4 foot water monitor lizard sauntered past one hot afternoon! Super friendly, kind and helpful staff. You can ask them to order you a taxi, rent bicycles or mopeds, book ferries or longtail boats across islands. The restaurant offers delicious freshly cooked/prepared breakfast choices. Rooms are cleaned daily. Everything is a pleasure and nothing too much trouble here. We fell in love with Koh Yao Noi and with Koh Yao Beach Bungalows ❤️

Right opposite the best beach on Koh Yao Noi and right beside the best restaurant Leks..
It was a bit basic but very private ,well maintained gardens and the host was exceptional..

The location is great, next to the beach and restaurants. The lady/receptionist was very kond and sweet, very helpful.
Right next to the main road, and no soundproof at all. You can hear everything. When we were hanging out on the terrace we could hardly hear eachother when cars/motors would pass by.
