The style of the hotel and decoration
Close to the "city center": plaza Botero
The kitchen and morning coffee
Bed were confortable and there were a bathroom per room
The 24h reception is with a robot but it s working well.

I stayed in the all girls 4 bed dorm and I enjoyed how spacious and quiet it was. I just needed a place to land in for a few days before flying out. The kitchen is well equipped and made it convenient to cook food.
Not fault of the property but the location is in a rougher area of Medellín . I felt safe inside the hostel my whole stay but once out in the city - I felt I had to be extra aware of myself and my belongings.
To paint a picture - busy streets full of people and cars, very apparent that this side of town struggles with drugs, graffiti all over, cat calling ( as a women ) and not as green as other parts of Medellín. Personally was not a fan of this area , the hostel was great but I ended up taking Ubers to other parts of town during my stay.
