Excellent location, friendly staff, easy check-in process and convenient parking in front of the main entrance. I liked the view towards the city park and the river. The hotel is vertically built with only 7 rooms per floor. Affordable mini bar and a powerful AC.
There seem to have been a technical problem with the p-trap under the bathroom sink so there was a bit of weird smell in the bathroom. I guess they will fix it. The AC was on the noisier side.

The location is great, frankly I don't think it could be any better- and I am a native of this town, returning to visit family. The view of the park was spectacular, the room had a lot of windows. The AC worked great. The room was clean and spacious. There was a mini fridge and armchair.
The sofa bed was uncomfortable, but the main bed was fine.
