The views, the service, the employees were all perfect. Had an amazing and relaxing time there.
The pool could be cleaned more often but to be fair I was there at off peak times.

Staff are polite and professional. Great value for money. The gardens are beautiful. There are two pools, both were clean and we enjoyed swimming. The room was clean and comfortable. The family suite has spacious beds comfortable for 2 people, could even fit 3 to a bed. You can book motorbikes from the hotel for day-trips but only until 5pm. There are bakso, soto & mie wartegs along the street if you don't want to eat at restaurant. Also found a great nasi padang about 1km up the hill.
- the walls are paper thin: you can hear everything nextdoor, so we had disrupted sleep for hours and hours due to noisy neighbours, terrible headaches in the morning as a result
- the sink in bathroom leaks, needs a bucket underneath
- the shower has hit water but you need to let the water run 5-10 mins before it heats up
- the AC unit above the door leaked, leaving a constant puddle on our doorstep
- location is difficult for booking ride-share cars/bikes so book in advance or ask the hotel to organise it for you
- if you want to hike to nearby waterfalls it's a good place to base yourself, but take motorbikes to the trails rather than cars, as it can take hours to secure a car and another hour to reach the trail - much faster with bikes

The ambience and the layout was Okey.. but to be honest, every single side of the property needs to be fixed and cleaned. Even for the wifi facility, in this digital era should be fixed. Breakfast was fine with the price, and concept of this resort should be well informed to their customers since our neighbors play the music soooo loud and it disturbing.
We booked for two night but the next day, I decided to check out. Well.. it was an experience though. Thank You
Cleanliness and concept of the property whether it for peace and quiet to stay or you can stay out loud without considering other people who stay there too
