A deeply disappointing stay marked by poor hygiene, unreliable utilities, restricted amenities, and unprofessional manag

Honestly? Nothing stood out positively about the property during my stay.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent stay at Banner Homes. I had reasonable expectations based on the property’s description, but unfortunately, the experience fell far below acceptable standards. Throughout our stay, the Wi-Fi service was largely non-functional, making it unreliable for basic use. Upon arrival, we also observed that waste from previous occupants had not been cleared, indicating poor housekeeping and inadequate preparation of the property. The kitchen was insufficiently equipped. Cutlery was largely unavailable, aside from knives and multiple spatulas, leaving us without basic dining utensils. Additionally, the non-stick cookware provided was severely worn and unsafe for use. Several areas of the house showed visible signs of mold, raising serious health and safety concerns. This is particularly troubling, as such conditions should not be present in a facility offered for short-term accommodation. Access to advertised amenities was also restricted. The pool house remained locked throughout our stay, and there was no access to the swimming pool. Furthermore, power outages occurred, with no clear communication or timely resolution. At one point, the property also experienced a complete water outage, requiring repeated calls before water supply was restored. This significantly disrupted our stay and should not occur in a properly managed facility. Overall, the property did not meet basic hospitality or safety standards. I would strongly advise prospective guests to consider alternative accommodations until these issues are adequately addressed.

Beautiful House, Safe, Spacious, Modern, Good Caretaker, Close to the main road

I thought it would be closer to the beach, but the pool was fine.
