The location of the property in relation to the city centre was good. The house has a private front garden which was great, specially as we travelled with children. The staff were friendly!
From the property itself, the bathrooms needed attention. Main bathroom leaked out to the floor while in use. The shower cubicle in the en-suite didn’t close properly either. The kitchen sink was blocked and didn’t drain. The quality of the units in the kitchen and bathrooms were subpar!
From the location standpoint, no one warned us about a disco located right in front of the house. We had sleepless nights on Fridays and Saturdays due to noise of the music and people in the street. It was atrocious for the kids!

Boa localização, Wi-fi, atendentes. É uma casa ampla, com todos os itens necessários.
O endereço está sem número, tive dificuldade de encontrar a casa. É uma residência mais antiga e fica em frente a uma discoteca, apesar de não fazer barulho alto. Ao menos, não me incomodou.

We are a family of 6 and we spent 20 days in this 3 bedroom spacious and comfortable house with excellent facilities and everything worked well starting from the air conditioning in all of the rooms, the standby generator, kitchen appliances ie: boiler, washing machine, fridge, kettle, microwave, cooker etc, big smart TV with Netflix amazon prime in the living room. Located in the city centre and close to the shops and restaurants with easy street parking. The house also have a well maintained private front garden where residents can relax..
The house has been recently refurbished.
Frequent power cuts in the city but with a standby generator on site we always have electricity in J Nova residential.
