The king size bed at the master room.
The noise due to the construction work.
There are still two blocks that yet to be completed.
So there is construction work every morning.

The location and the apartment surrounding is good. The greenery and the pool. Security was good too.
Henry is great. Response for amenities is fast.
The minimart is equipped with the basics.
Carpark good. Suitable for homely travellers.
You could hear people swimming and sometimes until late night. TV did not work on Day 1.
Red ants everywhere. They came and did the pest control but it was on the bed, in the bathroom. I asked them for a move and they said it was because of the food that needs to be kept in the fridge..if I want to eat it in an hour why keep in the fridge. Anyway I showed them the ants before the food came.
So there was 4 of us and only 1 sofa and 2 cups and 6 wine glass.
Have to pay additional if you want house cleaning..unlike other properties where it is included like Vortex. So it was not a real holiday between cleaning which must be done bcos of the ants.
Read about the ants in a previous review and informed them 1 month in advance to look into it.
Towels were low quality. Only 1 small bar soap given. Body wash and shampoo was already pre used. Bathroom needed mopping after use.
The games room on the 6th floor is poorly maintained.

Nice spacious apartment with great view.
Supplies like dish sponge so old..you wonder about what they use to wash the stuff there. The washing machine leaked causing a flood in the kitchen and living room - so not acceptable. Feel like we need a discount for such an inconvenience. AC also needed servicing during our stay. Our family booked 2 apartments and both had multiple issues.
