My partner and I stayed in Muret for one night. The apartment was very nice, with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and a table outside in the garden. The family running the place was very friendly. A bakery for breakfast is just around the corner. I would stay here again, especially after a flight as it is just 20 mins by car from the Toulouse airport
if you have mobility issues, it’s probably not suitable because you need to descend some stairs.
