Very easy check in, front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was bigger than expected.
Parking garage staff. Very unprofessional and not helpful.
The bed was not very comfortable and their were hand prints on the wall and all stainless steel appliances

The room was very clean, good furnishing and appointments. The halls were wide and clean.
The boiler unit in the closet made a ton of noise. The bed was too soft. The bedrooms were windowless! The floor lobbies looked out to a parking garage. The pet fee was $150 per night! That’s the highest I’ve seen anywhere. Although it’s marketed as a hotel, it is not at all. It’s an apartment unit facility for short stays. No food services. No daily cleaning (which we didn’t need - only a one night stay). Parking was $45 a night - much more expensive than parking in a hotel lot.
