Eine großzügige und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung mit einer großen eigenen Terrasse in einer modernen und gepflegten Wohnanlage. Auch die Tiefgarage ist sehr geräumig und bietet problemlos Platz für größere Fahrzeuge. Die Einfahrt ist ebenfalls großzügig, sodass auch mit einem großen Auto kein Rangierproblem entsteht.
Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert. Der Strand ist in nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und es gibt einen eigenen Zugang durch ein Tor. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich eine Bäckerei und zahlreiche Restaurants. Der nächste Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto in etwa 5 Minuten erreichbar.
Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig. Besonders schön ist es, den Abend auf der großen Terrasse ausklingen zu lassen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen und werden uns diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall für zukünftige Aufenthalte merken.
Die Kommunikation mit Karine über WhatsApp war hervorragend. Sie hat uns persönlich empfangen, alles in Ruhe gezeigt und ausführlich erklärt. Eine ausgesprochen freundliche und sympathische Gastgeberin.
Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge:
Als wir angekommen sind, war der Pool leider bereits geschlossen. Außerdem gab es dort weder Stühle noch Liegen. Für eine so große Wohnanlage ist der Pool unserer Meinung nach relativ klein und eher für kleine Kinder geeignet.
Einige der Edelstahlpfannen sind bereits deutlich abgenutzt und ohne richtige Griffe (!), sodass sie nur eingeschränkt nutzbar sind. Hier wäre eine Erneuerung sicherlich sinnvoll.
Auf der großen Terrasse könnte ein zusätzlicher Sichtschutz für noch mehr Privatsphäre sorgen, da direkt vor der Terrasse ein Weg zu einem anderen Hauseingang verläuft.
Auch Vorhänge bzw. leichte Gardinen würden meiner Meinung nach die Privatsphäre und die Wohnatmosphäre noch etwas verbessern.
Etwas überrascht hat uns außerdem, dass man bei der Abreise selbst die Bettwäsche abziehen, das Geschirr in der Spülmaschine reinigen und anschließend wieder in die Schränke einräumen soll.

There is also a small swimming pool which was closed in October though.
There are multiple restaurants and bakeries close by and a large supermarket in walking distance (10-15 minutes).
Even though I would definitely book this apartment again, there were a number of things that could be improved. I will list them here so that the owners are aware of them:
- Curtains would make the apartment cozier, and one would not have to close the shutters in order to block out the views of passing neighbors.
- It would be great if there were müesli bowls and some good knives in the kitchen.
- There is an iron but no ironing board.
- The washing machine stinks (moldy) because it is located in a closed, which means that the door is constantly closed.
- The lamps in the living room are nice but cannot be switched off separately. Also, a smaller lamp would add more coziness.
- The front door needs to be locked with a key. If one person leaves the apartment while the other still sleeps (for example), the remaining person has to be locked in and cannot leave the apartment. A second key would therefore be practical.
- The (bed) sofa is creaking.
- Slow/unreliable wifi. The code on the wall is not the correct one for the router that is situated next to the TV.
- Only french TV. We could only stream Disney+ to the TV. Netflix and Prime didn't work.
