- The location: only 3 minutes walking to the ticket office of the Spinx entrance, close to the Pizza Hut and a very nice local food shop.
- The staff and the breakfast (our 1st breakfast was amazing, but the 2nd one was not, but still good with daily mango drinks and mandarins)
The door of the shower cabin was missing 1 side so water was splashing, but it's not a big problem

They offered us a free upgrade upon arrival and we were located to another hotel in a building next to the original one (so this is a review of the other hotel thay we stayed on, which is part of the same company). The views from the terrace were AMAZING we had a great breakfast overlooking the pyramids. We paid a great price for value. Very friendly staff.
The wifi was not working properly.
