The family living downstairs are very friendly.
It is true that there is mold in the room and bathroom. It seems that it was painted white over the mold.
It is important to mention that my room was not cleaned when I came.
One additional situation that does not make me feel comfortable was that the people working at the hotel came to my room through the balcony. So, you can imagine that it is not nice getting dressed when people are observing you from the outside.
I won't recommend this place if you have knee pain, or any mobility issue.
