The owner is very welcoming and accommodating person. The house itself is very spacious and has everything we wanted. Location is amazing with few steps away from a very relaxing walk by the sea. Yarmouth is around 10mins walking away.
Now I am being very picky. Perhaps an en-suite at the main bedroom would have been the icing on the cake. I think the bedrooms facing the road need a better insulated windows as the roadside traffic can be a little disturbing.
