This hotel is beautiful. It will offer you a beautiful view on the mountain and you will see the hot air balloon. Beautiful landscape. One of the best I ever seen.
The room were good and clean
The breakfast is not as good as I thought. Nothing special

Perfect location, close to everything such as offices for tours and transfers to Vientiane. Beautiful and spacious room, friendly and helpful staff.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the view from the pool was very nice.
We had train tickets delivered to the hotel but when we asked them if they had been dropped they told us no. Then we had to walk 2km with all our luggage to the ticket company who then took us all the way back to the hotel to collect the tickets as turns out they did have them but when the shift changed there was no changeover. I hope their organisation improves because this was a major inconvenience.
