La posizione ottima! Due passi dal centro e dal porto! Ambienti spaziosi
Odore di muffa appena entravi in casa. Letto non troppo comodo.
Il balcone avrebbe delle potenzialità ma divanetti in plastica senza cuscini, un vaso con delle piante mezze secche e cacca di piccione sulle poltroncine. Inoltre è presente uno stendino minuscolo e anche mezzo arrugginito.
