Location wise, just perfect! Very close to any major city sightseeing objectives. Lots of restaurants bear by, a carrefour market 2min walk.
Getting the keys was very easy, regardless of the arrival time.
Coffee and water were complementary awaiting in the room.
Very clean, quiet (even if windows was facing the main street).
Unfortunately, there is no parking dedicated nearby, so, depending on the hour, one could end up far so struggling to get the luggages in.

Its location, just few steps from the Big square of this beautiful city. Breakfast served in another partner hotel five minutes away by foot is excellent.
Nice touch to offer espresso and water in room.
Instructions to get to this apartment are terrible on Booking. The hotel itself never wrote me a message giving instructions. There is no street number given on that reservation and the number is not easily seen once you have it from the street (after calling them!). The rooms are going after entering a patio with other businesses, so wasted some time walking the street pulling a heavy suitcase. If you don’t happen to prepay for the apartment they make you walk to the partner hotel to pay there! The room was comfortable, but beware for a summer booking! Luckily I had wonderful moderate weather then, no air conditioning and only a standing fan.

Great location directly in the Big Square (Piata Mare) of Sibiu, making it super easy to explore the city center on foot. The staff was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.
Breakfast is served in a separate building just a 3–4 minute walk away, and it was excellent: rich, varied, and offering plenty of delicious options.
We were disappointed by the smell in the room. While we completely understand that it is an old historic building, there are plenty of ways to keep the air fresh. There was a strong smell of mold/dampness and a lack of proper ventilation—the room's fan wasn't working.
