Free on street parking, possibility to use a washing machine and a dryer, good size bedroom with good wardrobe, kitchen availability.
The accommodation has its character and nice as a hostel, but could be much cleaner, with all the rubbish emptied from the bins and yard. I saw 2 cockroaches in the room.
It is slightly away from Vienna, but we used P&R and it was fine.

good price and conditions but you could die from cigarette smoke...
we were in room 4 and everything was saturated with cigarette smoke(((
it was difficult to sleep, but the bed itself and the room are comfortable, also all our things now smell of smoke and even our backpacks
there was good free parking near
for those who smoke - this is not a problem, but for those who do not like the smell of smoke - I do not recommend
