Everything was very good. Pleasant, helpful staff. Free coffee in reception. Regensburg is a great city - interesting architecture and a relaxed atmosphere.

I liked the location right in the historic part and city center of Regensburg. I liked the good air conditioning during a heatwave at the time. The hotel was a very good value. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff spoke English and were very helpful with questions and directions to nearest drug store.
My spouse would have liked an extra pillow. There was only one pillow each on the bed. Complimentary water bottles in the room to start us off would have been nice. The room was a little small, but most hotels in Europe are compared to U.S. hotels.

The staff was very friendly! My dog and I were given a warm welcome. The location is excellent, close to both the train station and the city center. The hotel exceeded my expectations. If I ever return to Regensburg, I'll definitely stay there again!

The location was great! Between the train station and the river. The fifth floor view of the city was wonderful.
The two twin beds pushed together kept sliding apart when one of us would roll to the middle. For some reason we were given a handicap room and at times lights would flash - particularly annoying while sleeping. A kettle and cups were provided but Coffee packets in the room were only provided for our first night - we stayed 15 nights. Coffee was provided in the (distant) lobby. The curtains didn't seal out the 5 AM sunrise very well.
