I had an injury and decided a 23-hour stopover was not worth going into the centre of Istanbul. it was about a 25-minute drive from the airport through a county landscape, so it was pleasant to get to. When we arrived, we were pleased to be opposite the sea and our room had a lovely view. The pool was a bit too cold of for us, but refreshing nonetheless. The Turkish Bath was was wonderful. Because of my injury, we did not explore outside of the hotel. Dinner was okay. My children chose pasta and whilst the flavours were nice, the spaghetti was terribly overcooked. I had a glass of house wine and was shocked at how expensive it was (after the fact). We were shocked to learn breakfast didn’t start till 9am but they were kind enough to give my hungry children some fresh bread with butter and honey. Despite the little quirks, we had a comfortable and restful stay.
The curtains were not blackout and had gaps, so the morning light woke me up much earlier than I would have liked (compounded by the fact we couldn’t get breakfast before 9am). If they had true blackout curtains with no gaps, it would have been perfect.

We had such an amazing stay at MQ and stayed for an additional night. The room and hotel is really clean, the view from the room incredicle as it’s right in front of the sea. There are restaurants nearby as well and the drive to the airport is only a 25 minute ride. Thank you to the staff who was really nice and helped us with whatever we needed. As well as to Dalia from the reception, who was really helpful. We would love to book again in the future.

It is situated across the road from the beach
Advertised pool bar, but didn't operate in high summer, food and service in restaurant was terrible. Could not sit on toilet due to it butting up on bathroom sink.
