Nidya Hotel Esenyurt

I would like to mention the guy from the reception Yasin, he is very nice and helpful. It's my 4th stay here and he was always being very nice and polite. It was a pleasure to stay at Nidya The junior suite is very roomy, it has its own kitchen so it's very convenient.

The view of my room was super nice, and friendly people at the front desk, always welcoming me and trying to help me out. Also the room service was amazing too. I love the service from the kitchen and the technician department. Overall I stayed for about 10 days in my two reservations and I loved the service at Nidya Hotel. I’m highly recommended 5 stars hotel with a rate of 10.

Very convenient and close to everything

THIS REVIEW SHOULD BE READ BY DISABLED AND ABLE BODIED PERSONS AND THOSE WHO BOOK ROOMS WITH KITCHENS. The staff were excellent from the beginning and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. the room was clean and cleaned daily.

I booked for 4 days in a large 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen. The kitchen was very important as we needed to make food for our special needs child who is disabled. I paid for 4 days over £600 which i was happy to pay because of the kitchen, cooker, oven and dishwasher. Imagine when we got to our room when i found that there were no pots or pans, no cups or glasses, no plates or knife forks and spoons. I went to reception to find out why, and i was advised that customers cannot use the oven or the hob. As for the other missing items i was advised that customers did not normally use these. I asked them what they were going to do and they supplied from the kitchens plates dishes knife forks and spoons and glasses, there were 3 of each only. When they delivered them they asked me to sign that i have received them. There were no pots or pans and i was informed that i would have to buy my own????? Needless to say this is not what i expected. Further, on check out they wanted to charge me Tl200 for them. I questioned why there is a dishwasher when there is nothing to wash. Why do you have a cooker when you cannot use it. When looking at the facilities in the kitchen, you assume that the kitchen would have all necessary items you would normally expect in a kitchen. In my opinion, they are misrepresenting the room facilities as far as the kitchen is concerned and having paid a large sum of money for 4 days i have the right to expect full kitchen facilities when there was not. Had i known i would not have paid this amount and just have taken a normal room at a far cheaper price and make other arrangements for the food for my son before arrival. For disabled persons, the ramp at the front of the hotel is quite steep and narrow and is difficult to negotiate to enter the hotel. Most of the rest of the hotel is wheelchair accessible but not of the width required as per UK regulations. The shower facilities are totally unsuitable for disabled people.
