I absolutely loved my stay at WestSide Residences by Rotana. The room was beautiful, modern, spacious and extremely clean, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. When I mentioned that the sofa bed wasn’t suitable for one person, the staff were incredibly accommodating and brought a proper single bed up to the room for me, which I really appreciated.
The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. I especially loved how easy it was to communicate with the hotel through WhatsApp. They responded quickly and were always willing to assist. This was particularly impressive when I stored my luggage with the hotel before leaving. I messaged them urgently when I was worried about missing my flight, asking them to bring my bags out as quickly as possible, and they responded promptly and had everything ready for me. Their willingness to help during a stressful moment made such a difference.
The only minor things I noticed were that the washing machine didn’t have a dryer function, which would have been convenient during a longer stay, and there weren’t enough electrical sockets/outlets in the bathroom, making it a little difficult to use multiple appliances at once.
