Nothing, it was awful. Very nast smell throughout with many dirty marks.

Dirty appartment with stains all over the place. The curtains didn't adequately cover the windows. In one bedroom the curtain was transparent, you could clearly see into the bedroom from outside, even without a light on in the room

walking distance to bus stop. big parking space. 15 to 20min drive to town/city. comfy beds and sofa bed. equipped kitchen.

a bit alarming that the beds in both rooms werent made properly when we arrived. a bit cramped if open luggage in bedrooms but we managed. none of the doors had locks so we had to inform & remind each other if a person was inside. provided not more than 2 toilet rolls for 6 people for a 6 day stay and were notified and asked to provide a bit more but they suggested us to buy more ourselves as they only provide a start up supply.

Washing machine available for laundry. Kitchen was decently well equipped. Bathroom was good, and everything worked there. Small refrigerator worked fine.

The front window in the bedroom would not open--and it was very hot! I was uncomfortable trying to sleep as a result. (This would not be a problem in the winter, but it was a very warm July in 2022, and this was a problem.) Had some trouble getting into the room when I arrived, as the property manager had to process my driver's license and approve my online application, which took longer than expected.

where to start, The pictures on the site do not show ANY of the pictures of the apartment we were in, the pictures showed a sofa, big bedrooms, tv’s in bedrooms, mirror in bathroom to start, we had none of these. A nice kitchen with everything we needed to cook but couldn’t open the doors as we couldn’t find the keys ( delivered after speaking to letting company) 1 bedroom had blackout blinds that didn’t fit the windows correctly, curtains were flimsy 2nd bedroom had a bed that was “wonky” and a headboard that was broken, every time we moved it squeaked, no blackout blind just the roller for a blind,just flimsy curtains that didn’t keep out any light first thing in the morning. Nowhere to sit comfortably, only sitting area was at the kitchen table The bathroom had a good shower and cubicle but no mirror and sink surround was incomplete We were only in the property for a small amount of time and it was ok as a base but wouldn’t want to spend anymore time there as it wasn’t as comfortable as it could have been Glad to be home for a good nights sleep

The patio doors were not opened and we were not provided with the keys. When we asked we were told that the keys would be brought the next day. No one brought the keys and we had no update. The kitchen area was so hot and we couldn't open the doors. Other than the bedrooms, there are no curtains on the main entrance door which is a see through glass door and patio doors. This meant that passer-by could see into the apartment and we had no privacy. To make matters worse, the light in the landing/lounge area is motion sensitive, there is no switch to turn it off. Each time we moved between the kitchen/toilet area and bedroom, the lights went on automatically and because the main door has no curtains or blinds, we were exposed to people outside. This was particularly concerning at night when we would go to the toilet. The photos of the apartment advertised online is not the reality. There were no TV in the bedrooms, no mirror in the apartment, the bedroom is smaller and the layout is different, the toilet and bathroom is of a lesser quality, no cabinets in the rooms just a few hangers hung on the wall. In reality what we paid for is not what we got. The free wifi in the apartment kept dropping off and weak. Not worth using.

It was a lovely bedroom and it was a good location for what we needed it for.

We arrived at the property and we only had one bedroom when we paid for a 2 bedroom apartment. 4 of us were expected to sleep in a ‘super king bed’ which was 2 single beds pushed together. There was no hot water, so the shower was cold, the bedroom windows wouldn’t open (fire risk). On Saturday night when we got back, there were 2 slugs on the kitchen floor, the kitchen oven was disgusting like it had never been cleaned.

Bedroom and en-suite were first rate. Newly fitted out and very clean and comfortable.

The kitchen/ dining room was very poor. Although the toaster, kettle etc were brand new, the worktops and front door were badly marked and stained and oven didn’t work. Clearly the refurbishment hasn’t as yet reached this room. Disappointing considering the high standard of the bedroom.
