Największym atutem apartamentu i tym, co ostatecznie przeważyło przy jego wyborze, był duży, zielony ogród. Apartament jest całkiem dobrze wyposażony w sprzęty dobrej jakości, m.in. pralkę, odkurzacz i żelazko. Okolica jest cicha i spokojna. Dużym plusem jest również przynależne do apartamentu miejsce parkingowe, znajdujące się w zacienionym miejscu. Na miejscu dostępne są także leżaki oraz parawan.
Nieco problematyczna opcja odbioru i oddania kluczy! Brak podstawowych środków higienicznych - w łazience nie było nawet mydła do rąk. Brak płynu do naczyń w kuchni. Bardzo ubogi wybór podstawowych produktów - z przypraw dostępne były jedynie sól i pieprz, po trzy małe saszetki, a także brakowało cukru. Brak dodatkowych worków na śmieci.

Matratze zu weich und abgenutzt. Sehr laute Geräusche in den Wänden oder Decken von oben. Die Klima oder Lüftungsschächte voller Dreck und Staub. Bettwäsche Teilweise mit Löchern. Es wurde deutlich höherer Betrag abgebucht ,als bei Booking angegeben. Müllstelle total überfüllt und Tage lang nicht abgeholt, daher hat es am Eingang gestunken Dusche nicht komplett verbaut, daher Bad immer unter Wasser.
