Superb location, clean and comfortable

The location was marvellous for accessing the historic sites by foot. It was also very close to restaurants and a short walk to the train station. Communication with the rental company was efficient and prompt. Replacement batteries for air conditioning remote were delivered by hand within a few hours. We had no problems with the entry codes. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

It was a little small but we knew this before booking.

Nice couple of days exploring Jerez

Nice, clean apartment. Very convenient for the old town.

It was really stressful getting the key code. We were told we could access to drop bags at 1pm and the code would appear on the Smartrent app at 1pm. I was worried that I wouldn't get instant internet access and not be able to use the app. Actually I did get on the internet on time but the key code did not appear in the app until 1.45pm. I had to message booking.com to sort it. Very stressful start to the holiday. Why is another app needed when I already have booking.com app?

La ubicación es perfecta y está muy bien equipado.

Baño con mal mantenimiento. Lavabo con aspecto sucio, bichitos por el sueño de noche y bastante olor a humedad. Tendrían que activar el extractor de aire del aseo para que funcione. Por otra parte, no funcionaba el WiFi de nuestro alojamiento en concreto. Conectaba pero sin acceso a Internet. Lo comunicamos, la respuesta fue 'lo consultaremos', y nunca más tuvimos noticias.
