The villa was a really great find for us. We wanted to be somewhere which was on it's own but at the same time within reach of a town so we could go out for lunch and dinner etc, Villa Maria Del Carmen was perfect for this. We had our three kids with us and they ranged in age from 8 up to 14 so the pool, pool table and ping pong table were all perfect to keep them occupied during the cooler hours and the Wi-Fi also allowed us to keep them occupied in the hotter hours.
The house overall is very well maintained and it's evident that the owner takes great care of the house overall. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything you might need during your stay in the house and the air-con system was a great help at night when it came to getting the kiddos to sleep better. We had some small issues while staying in the villa and the team in rural holidays were extremely helpful and responsive in getting them sorted out for us !
I would have no hesitation in recommending a stay in Villa Maria Del Carmen
Overall there was not really to complain about. Any of the small issues we had were very quickly dealt with by the team in Rural Holidays so I can honestly say there was nothing that was of any real concern to us while we stayed in the Villa.

Just spent a week at villa maria del carmen and it was magnificent.
The pool is perfect ,the whole villa and grounds are outstanding.pool cleaner /gardener came 3 times in the week,let himself into the grounds at 7am so as not to disturb our use of the pool ,and did a great job. The villa is situated down a single track rough road that my wife wasn't keen on, but it's not that bad when approached from the north.
There is plenty of room for two or three cars in the grounds and its very secure and well lit with everything you will need for a perfect stay.
Having a swim each morning is the perfect way to start the day.
We arrived 2hrs early, and because the keys were in a box at the gate we were allowed in early after texting olga and Veronica who were really helpful and easy to deal with.
The villa is in the quietest location,it was lovely and peaceful just chilling around the pool.
Highly recommended .
I think the only thing that could help would be instructions on simple things like the electric hob (we have never had electric and had to jump on you tube to find out how to unlock it),also your rubbish has to be dropped off at a refuse area which is just at the top of the lane. Not complicated once you know how these things work but information would have helped a little.
