Budget-friendly option for staying near the beach

Great location with a large rooftop terrace. Close to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes. A big plus is that both bedrooms have their own bathroom. Communication with the host was quick and smooth.

The soundproofing was poor, but it didn't bother us much since we weren't there during the summer season; I think it might be a problem in the summer when there are a lot more people in the city. Furniture and equipment in the apartment are outdated and it would be good to renew them, which would enhance the guest experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Vacanza Mare but I think it would have been better with a sofa bed or an actual third bed.

Location was good as there were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The beach was less than a 10 minute walk. I liked that there were two bathrooms.

There wasn’t enough utensils in the kitchen. For example there was no bottle opener, no spatula and only very small side plates. The terrace was nice but the stairs were very narrow and steep so I worried when my children went up there. There was a cigarette in the sofa when we arrived and it was described as a sofa bed, yet it was just a sofa. The fridge freezer was tiny.

Localizarea foarte bună, aproape de plajă. Spațioasă, două dormitoare, fiecare cu baie proprie. Proprietarul a fost foarte amabil și ne-a predat cheile devreme. Asta a fost un mare plus pentru noi. Copila noasta era foarte obosită după zborul matinal.

Recomand puțin mai multă atenție la curățenie și repararea plasei de țânțari de la dormitorul din stanga.
